The Cincinnati Romance Review is a peer-reviewed electronic journal published by the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures of the University of Cincinnati.

The journal was founded in 1981-82, the year after the Cincinnati Conference on Romance Languages and Literatures began. Félix Menchacatorre and Eric Pennington were the managing editors, John White the supervising editor, and Donald W. Bleznick the executive editor. Since 2008, the Cincinnati Romance Review has been published in electronic form.

We invite original submissions for our regular issues starting with Vol. 38 (Fall 2014). We seek articles from the field of Romance Languages, Literatures, and Cultures on a wide variety of issues. Submissions may be written in French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese languages.
